Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns:

Returns will be accepted 30 days from the ship date. Since we offer free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from the total of the refund. Depending on the product and condition of the return, up to 20% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment which can take 3-5 days after we receive the return.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed and before it is shipped out, there will be a non-refundable transaction fee of 4% on cancellations. Please understand that we are a small business and that the non-refundable transaction fee goes to the payment processing company and not to us.
